About our Role
Our incredible Ports & Marine team have banded together across Australia and New Zealand to deliver some iconic projects. Utilising our International reach, local expertise and flexible team environment we are looking to continue our growth in Brisbane with the addition of an experienced Team Manager. This role will have hands-on project leadership, team management and mentoring and an exposure to business management at so many levels.
About you
- Above all have a collaborative mindset; we work together regardless of your Regional focus or technical speciality
- Maritime Engineering background, preferably with a Structural discipline, but we will consider Coastal and Civil disciplines
- Consulting Engineering experience, and ideally working with Contractors
- Ability to lead and mentor technical Structural and Civil Engineering personnel
- Desire to grow an already high-performing team and maintain an enjoyable environment
- Have existing client relationships or the ability to develop relationships
- RPEQ or at least Chartered Engineering status
