In this critical leadership role, you will ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of fleet capability, while shaping and executing long-term asset, maintenance, and renewal strategies to support sustainable performance and growth.
Strategic, curious, and resilient: Here’s who we’re looking for.
- You hold Marine Engineering qualifications or ashore equivalent qualifications, ideally with a seafaring background, and bring experience leading technical teams across diverse vessel types.
- You have proven leadership capability, with a strong focus on team development, engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- You take a long-term, strategic view of fleet optimisation, with the ability to identify and leverage emerging technologies, fuels, and operational practices.
- You bring strong project management expertise, with a track record of planning and delivering fleet maintenance, refit, and capital works programs.
- You have demonstrated success in embedding strategic asset management frameworks to optimise vessel and floating asset lifecycles.
- You are passionate about driving performance improvements and efficiencies, and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
