In this critical leadership role, you will ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of fleet capability, while shaping and executing long-term asset, maintenance, and renewal strategies to support sustainable performance and growth.

Strategic, curious, and resilient: Here’s who we’re looking for.

You hold Marine Engineering qualifications or ashore equivalent qualifications, ideally with a seafaring background, and bring experience leading technical teams across diverse vessel types.
You have proven leadership capability, with a strong focus on team development, engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
You take a long-term, strategic view of fleet optimisation, with the ability to identify and leverage emerging technologies, fuels, and operational practices.
You bring strong project management expertise, with a track record of planning and delivering fleet maintenance, refit, and capital works programs.
You have demonstrated success in embedding strategic asset management frameworks to optimise vessel and floating asset lifecycles.
You are passionate about driving performance improvements and efficiencies, and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
