We are looking for an enthusiastic customer service professional to join our fast-growing Melbourne Events team. We provide comprehensive induction, training, support and ongoing development.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and execution of B2B events from start to finish
• Work closely with exhibitors and sponsors to coordinate all deliverables
• Manage essential documentation for clients and ensure all fulfilment is tracked through our software programs, including Salesforce and EventsAir
• Act as the first port of call for exhibitors and attendees, answering enquiries and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our events
• Support the team on day-to-day administration tasks as required

About you:

• Strong customer care and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Well organised and adaptable.
• Strong attention to detail and thorough in inspecting quality of service delivery.
• Experience in Salesforce & EventsAir will be considered an asset.
