The Company

  • With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued business growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Bid Coordinator to join their collaborative Pre-Construction team.

The Role

Reporting to the Team Leader - Bids, you will play a key role in preparing and coordinating high-quality, compliant tender submissions across Expressions of Interest (EOIs), competitive tenders and negotiated proposals.

Working closely with Estimating, Design, Construction and HSEQ teams, you'll be responsible for producing compelling, well-structured submissions that showcase the company's capabilities while ensuring all client requirements and deadlines are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the preparation and delivery of EOIs, tenders and negotiated submissions.
  • Interpret tender documentation and evaluation criteria to produce compliant responses.
  • Prepare high-quality written content including methodologies, capability statements, project experience, resourcing, HSEQ and local participation responses.
  • Coordinate information from internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
  • Work closely with the Estimating team to align pricing and non-price submission components.
  • Ensure submissions comply with client requirements, company standards and branding guidelines.
  • Manage tender uploads and submission processes across various tender portals.
  • Maintain and improve bid content libraries, templates, CVs and project case studies.
  • Assist with RFIs, addenda and tender-related coordination throughout the submission process.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience as a Bid Coordinator or in a similar submissions role within the construction industry (ideally 2+ years).
  • Strong understanding of EOI and tender processes, compliance requirements and evaluation criteria.
  • Excellent written communication and document preparation skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating information from a variety of internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
  • Experience with industry tender portals and document management systems.
  • Exposure to Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop will be highly regarded.
  • A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Construction Management or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
