The Role

We’re searching for a Client Services Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney and provide exceptional support to our clients and resellers across APAC. You’ll be tasked with becoming a trusted advisor for our customers. As their key point of contact, you’ll make sure we deliver outstanding service by providing support and troubleshooting technical issues, whilst ensuring they get the most value and benefits from our products.

This role will see you develop your knowledge of the TKH Security product suite and keep abreast of the latest developments and innovations, occasionally visit client sites across Australia, and relay client feedback to the wider TKH Security team. You’ll also keep your eyes open for new opportunities, whether that might be leads for new business or opportunities to repair or improve our clients existing solutions.

You’ll need to be comfortable working independently, with the support of your manager and the wider team, and happy to take ownership of issues, following through to resolution.

To be considered, you will need

  • A minimum of 3+ years supporting clients or customers, ideally in a B2B setting.
  • Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent listening skills.
  • A detail orientated approach, allowing you to quickly ascertain which tasks should be prioritised.
  • Proven troubleshooting & problem solving skills, and a keen interest in technology.
  • A strong teamwork ethic with the confidence to work autonomously when required.

This varied role would suit an individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service and exceeding client expectations. You’ll have the scope to develop your skills with the support of a strong, local management team to provide mentorship and training. We currently work in a hybrid model, working from home 2-3 days per week.
