We are seeking an experienced
SAP Payroll Lead to support and enhance a complex, high-volume SAP HR & Payroll environment. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Payroll configuration, production support, payroll compliance, and stakeholder management.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll configuration and support
- Experience managing ServiceNow tickets and HPQC
- ESS & MSS Portal administration and support
- Expertise in Payroll Control Center (PCC) and Single Touch Payroll (STP)
- Strong knowledge of Pay, Tax, Superannuation, Deductions, Time Evaluation, Work Schedules, Leave Loading, Shift Allowances, Termination Payments, and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs)/Awards
- Experience delivering payroll enhancements, defect fixes, and configuration changes
- Hands-on experience with SAP interfaces and third-party integrations
- Spinifex Reporting experience
- Strong documentation, testing, and configuration skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting large-scale, high-volume HR & Payroll environments
Key Responsibilities
- Provide BAU support and resolve payroll incidents through ServiceNow and HPQC.
- Configure and enhance SAP Payroll solutions to meet business requirements.
- Analyse and resolve complex payroll issues related to tax, deductions, superannuation, leave, awards, and payroll processing.
- Support ESS/MSS functionality and payroll integrations with third-party applications.
- Prepare functional, configuration, and testing documentation.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Superannuation, Onboarding, and Termination teams to deliver quality payroll services.
- Participate in support pack upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Nice to Have
- SAP S/4HANA Payroll experience
- Experience with enterprise payroll transformation projects
