About The Role

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Sydney office.

This is a hands-on, office-based role where you’ll play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly while supporting our legal teams. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in legal support, with pathways into Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client & Office Support

  • Answering and directing calls professionally
  • Greeting clients and preparing meeting rooms
  • Managing boardroom setup and reset

Office Coordination

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Coordinating deliveries and collections within the CBD
  • Maintaining office, kitchen, and stationery supplies

Administrative & Legal Support

  • Filing (electronic and physical)
  • Scanning, printing, and archiving documents
  • Assisting with preparation of briefs to counsel and experts
  • Supporting the Legal Secretary team with administrative tasks

Team & Culture

  • Assisting with internal events and office functions
  • Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as you grow in the role

About You

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and enjoys being part of a team.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence communicating with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
