About The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, this part-time role (flexible hours) will support a telephony upgrade project. You will manage scheduling, coordinate stakeholders, and drive smooth end-user change activity. This role suits someone experienced in structured project environments with strong change management capability.

Duties/Key Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed project schedules to support timely delivery
• Lead and support change management tasks to ensure strong end-user adoption
• Coordinate stakeholders and maintain clear communication across teams
• Track milestones and provide accurate status reporting
• Support risk and issue management activities

Skills and Experience

• Experience in project coordination within technology or deployment projects
• Proven change management experience, ideally supporting system or telephony upgrades
• Strong scheduling and organisational skills
• Confident stakeholder engagement and communication ability
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
