About the role: The change Manager will be responsible to support the finalisation of a workforce redesign in Asset Management and help transition the branch to its new operating model. The role is primarily change focused with some analysis work to move functions around and across team members.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Proven experience delivering workforce and operating model redesign.
  • Skilled in role design, position descriptions, responsibility matrices and team structure alignment.
  • Experience defining operating models, ways of working and governance.
  • Strong change management, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Practical, delivery-focused professional with experience implementing organisational change in complex environments.
