Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client contact for managed infrastructure services and escalations.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with SoW, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
- Lead MBRs/QBRs, providing performance insights and strategic recommendations.
- Drive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives.
- Manage account profitability and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Security, and Service Desk teams.
- Oversee ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of Managed Services or Service Delivery experience.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Hands-on understanding of VMware/Hyper-V, Windows/Linux, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Storage, and Networking.
- Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze SLA/KPI metrics and present to executive stakeholders.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint reporting skills.
