Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary client contact for managed infrastructure services and escalations.
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with SoW, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead MBRs/QBRs, providing performance insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Drive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives.
  • Manage account profitability and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Security, and Service Desk teams.
  • Oversee ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of Managed Services or Service Delivery experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Hands-on understanding of VMware/Hyper-V, Windows/Linux, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Storage, and Networking.
  • Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze SLA/KPI metrics and present to executive stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint reporting skills.
