The Opportunity

Troocoo is partnering with a large, established organisation to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner to support strategic hiring and workforce growth.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced talent professional who can lead end-to-end recruitment, partner closely with senior stakeholders, and deliver strong hiring outcomes across healthcare sector roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment across healthcare roles
  • Partner with leaders on hiring needs, workforce planning and recruitment strategy
  • Build talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for critical roles
  • Manage and oversee delivery across the recruitment supply chain
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Recruitment administration to maintain an efficient, compliant and well-managed process
  • Produce and maintain recruitment reporting, including activity, pipelines and hiring outcomes
  • Maintain a compliant ATS process by ensuring all recruitment activity, documentation and approvals are captured and managed through the system.

About You

  • Proven experience in a high volume recruitment and or Healthcare recruitment
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong capability across recruitment administration and reporting
  • Confident using recruitment systems, data and reporting to support decision-making
  • You are someone who likes autonomy and who works with a high sense of urgency
