The Opportunity
Troocoo is partnering with a large, established organisation to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner to support strategic hiring and workforce growth.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced talent professional who can lead end-to-end recruitment, partner closely with senior stakeholders, and deliver strong hiring outcomes across healthcare sector roles.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment across healthcare roles
- Partner with leaders on hiring needs, workforce planning and recruitment strategy
- Build talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for critical roles
- Manage and oversee delivery across the recruitment supply chain
- Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
- Recruitment administration to maintain an efficient, compliant and well-managed process
- Produce and maintain recruitment reporting, including activity, pipelines and hiring outcomes
- Maintain a compliant ATS process by ensuring all recruitment activity, documentation and approvals are captured and managed through the system.
About You
- Proven experience in a high volume recruitment and or Healthcare recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong capability across recruitment administration and reporting
- Confident using recruitment systems, data and reporting to support decision-making
- You are someone who likes autonomy and who works with a high sense of urgency
