About the role

This role sits within our Wealth Management business, supporting the day-to-day operation of offices across Australia.

As a Facilities Coordinator, you’ll help keep our workplaces running smoothly — from responding to staff requests through to coordinating contractors, managing maintenance and supporting office moves. It’s a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving, with regular interaction across the business.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Manage the facilities inbox, responding to staff requests across maintenance, equipment and general office needs

  • Provide hands-on support for minor repairs and day-to-day workplace fixes

  • Coordinate contractors and trades across multiple office locations

  • Support maintenance schedules, inspections and compliance activities

  • Program and manage access cards for staff, contractors and visitors

  • Monitor CCTV systems and assist with incident reviews when required

  • Assist with office relocations and internal workspace changes

  • Process contractor invoices and maintain accurate records

  • Conduct floor walks to ensure cleaning and WHS standards are met

  • Support building works, shutdowns and communications to staff

About you

  • Experience in facilities coordination or a similar corporate environment

  • Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements

  • Practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable managing competing requests across multiple locations

  • Strong stakeholder skills, with a service-focused mindset

  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

  • Relevant qualification in Facilities, Property or Building Services (or equivalent experience)
