What Role You Will Play In Team

Technical Test Manager – Banking & Financial Systems

Core Banking Test Leadership: Lead end-to-end testing strategy and validation for core banking platforms (e.g., Temenos, Finacle), payment systems (SWIFT, ACH), and high-volume transaction processing environments, ensuring system stability and regulatory accuracy.
API & Microservices Test Strategy: Define and oversee API and microservices testing frameworks for secure financial services, leveraging tools such as Postman and ensuring robust validation of data exchange protocols and service orchestration.
Data Integrity & Database Validation: Govern data validation practices by enabling deep database auditing using SQL (Oracle, SQL Server), ensuring financial ledger accuracy, transaction traceability, and reconciliation across systems.
Test Management & Governance: Drive test planning, execution, and reporting using enterprise tools like Jira, Micro Focus ALM (QC), and TestRail. Enforce quality governance, traceability, and audit readiness across all test artifacts.
Security, Risk & Compliance Alignment: Ensure testing activities align with regulatory standards (PCI-DSS, GDPR, Basel III); collaborate with security teams to incorporate vulnerability testing and risk mitigation into the QA lifecycle.
Automation Strategy & Enablement: Define and implement automation strategies for regression and continuous testing using tools like Selenium and Tosca, optimizing test coverage, and accelerating release cycles.
CI/CD & DevOps Integration: Integrate QA processes into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab, enabling continuous testing, automated build validation, and early defect detection within secure financial ecosystems.
Test Data Management & Privacy Compliance: Oversee test data strategy including data masking, synthetic data generation, and privacy controls to ensure protection of sensitive customer information and regulatory compliance.
