The Role

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of Cyber Defence Managed Services. You'll lead the evolution of a strategic service offering, working across strategy, innovation and client engagement to ensure it remains relevant, scalable and commercially successful. Working with senior stakeholders across the business, you'll influence how modern cyber services are designed, positioned and delivered.

What you'll own

• Lead the strategy and evolution of the Cyber Defence Managed Services offering.
• Drive innovation across AI, automation and threat intelligence.
• Develop new service offerings and operating models.
• Support strategic client opportunities and solution design.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to bring new capabilities to market.

What we're looking for

• Strong experience across Cyber Defence, Cyber Operations or Managed Security Services.
• Experience leading a SOC or Security Operations function.
• Experience developing service offerings, operating models or managed services.
• Commercial experience supporting proposals, solutioning or client engagements.
• Knowledge of AI, automation and emerging cyber technologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
