About This Role

• Overseeing the Eastern Region, NSW/ACT,
• Opportunity to impact and gain proportionate market share,
• Drive customer experience, dealer engagement / network performance,
• Travel locally and interstate will be required,
• Take full ownership of the position, be the face of the brand and be available to the network,
• Work closely with internal departments including Marketing, Product, Fleet and Aftersales.

Qualifications And Experience

• A tertiary qualification in Business Management or similar and/or substantial experience and capabilities in relevant field or equivalent commensurate experience.
• Experience as an Automotive State, Region or Senior Manager level required, this is aligned at a Senior level.
• Experience working with the dealer network.
• Demonstrated Leader of successful teams, demonstrating impact in job function.
