About The Position

We are seeking an experienced payroll officer for a short term casual position based in Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities Include

Process pay files, and facilitate the processing of pay-related processes.

Process Payroll data inputting.

Develop a variety of payroll skills, such as fortnightly master data entry, timesheet coding, and leave application processing.

Address and solve complex pay-related queries.

Deliver exceptional customer service by both telephone and email.

Work effectively both individually and as a member of the team to meet deadlines, identify and solve problems.

Collaborate with their team towards daily targets and actively contribute to achieve shared goals.

Skills And Experience

A current National Police Clearance check is mandatory

Experience in Human Resources and Contracts

Experience with payroll desirable

Experience with Chris21 desirable

Experience in customer service (call centre)

Experience in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word and Excel (Intermediate)

Experience with data entry (minimum 40wpm)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven attention to detail and accuracy

Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment

Honed ability to meet strict deadlines

Proven reliability
