Digital & Ecommerce Manager

Digital & E-commerce Lead | Brookvale, Sydney

Our client is an Australian heritage brand entering their next phase of growth, and they're looking for a commercially sharp Digital & E-commerce Lead to own it.

This role sits across e-commerce, digital marketing, CRM, and team leadership. The foundations are in place and the strategy is underway. What they need now is someone who can step in, lead from the front, and keep multiple moving parts aligned.

What you'll be doing

• Owning the performance of the e-commerce channel with a clear focus on revenue growth
• Overseeing digital marketing across paid, organic, CRM, retention, and social
• Managing a multi-functional marketing team across content, social, PR, and coordination
• Working closely with the paid media consultant to review results, track KPIs, and optimise outcomes
• Using data, dashboards, and commercial metrics to drive decision-making
• Supporting retention and lifecycle initiatives, including future loyalty program development
• Collaborating cross-functionally with creative and product teams to keep campaigns moving
• Supporting growth in the US market

What we're looking for

• Brand-side e-commerce experience, with strong exposure to digital marketing, CRM, retention, and performance
• Experience managing people and leading cross-functional marketing output
• Comfortable with budgets, KPIs, reporting dashboards, and growth targets
• Able to move between strategy, optimisation, and day-to-day execution
• A background in consumer, retail, fashion, lifestyle, or apparel will be highly regarded
• Someone who has been part of real business growth and knows how to operate in a scaling environment
