Senior Recruitment Consultant

The Role

We are looking to expand our Office Support recruitment team specifically placing temporary roles. This is a warm desk with a list of clients we are currently working with along with a vast list of lapsed clients to target.

As it is a temp desk, the role will be fast paced where no two days are the same. Typical roles you will be filling include; Administrators, Customer Service Officers, Data Entry Clerks, Procurement, Receptionists, Recruitment & HR professionals.

Reporting to Professional Services Recruitment Manager, you will join an office of energetic consultants who like to have fun. There are currently 10 Consultants in the Temporary Recruitment Team with a total of 25 Consultants in the PERSOL Perth office.

What You Will Be Doing

• Taking responsibility for numerous existing client accounts and building/ retaining those relationships
• Developing a business strategy to target new key clients
• Meeting with your clients to build deep client relationships by understanding their business and delivering on their goals
• Respond to job orders and deliver fast, quality shortlists
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn etc
• Continuously grow your desk, seek out opportunities, and win market share
• Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets

About You

• Ideally a minimum of 2 years in a 360 recruitment role
• Experience working in a fast paced, high-pressured environment
• Previous experience working with multiple clients and meeting their requirements
• Fantastic attention to detail and ability to be versatile with conflicting priorities throughout the day
• Works collaboratively, but also takes ownership of individual results
• Resilient and persistent
• Self-motivated with the competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
• Must have drivers' licence and own vehicle
