Desired Competencies

Full lifecycles of SAP Concur implementation experience including:

  • Lead discovery workshops to understand client needs and map out Travel, Expense, and Invoice (TE&I) requirements.
  • Configure system policies, workflows, audit rules, and tax/localization settings in SAP Concur.
  • Manage complex integrations between SAP Concur and upstream/downstream systems like ERPs (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP FI/CO) and HR systems.
  • Conduct user training, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage system cutover.
  • Manage and monitor user profiles, maintaining role-based access, and handling onboarding/deactivations.
  • Serve as an Authorized Support Contact (ASC) to troubleshoot technical issues and open cases with SAP support.
