The opportunity

Delaware North Australia is hiring a casual Spa Therapist to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. As Spa Therapist, you will be performing professional spa and beauty treatments with care in this idyllic setting, featuring 8 spacious treatment rooms and 4 couple suites, all with tropical courtyard views, setting up the guest experience for success.

Competitive base hourly rate (plus casual loading) offered of $32.65 - $35.46 depending upon qualifications + superannuation + penalties.

What will you do?

• Provide 5-star guest experiences, performing treatments including facials, full body massage, and body treatments, exclusively using our Australian product partner iKou’s organic products and treatments
• Create bespoke and unforgettable guest experiences within a supportive and collaborative team
• Adhere to spa processes and procedures
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and treatments available, making recommendations to guests to meet their needs
• Knowledgeable on up selling our products

More About You

• Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or Massage
• Experience in a 5-star spa setting is beneficial
• Recent experience in a Beauty Therapy or Massage position
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Available to work over a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays
