The opportunity

We're looking for an Employee Experience Lead to help shape every stage of the employee journey, from the first interaction with Aurizn through to onboarding, engagement, development and recognition.

This role combines talent acquisition, employer branding and employee experience into one highly visible position.

You'll work closely with leaders across the business to attract exceptional talent, build talent pipelines, strengthen our employer brand and create experiences that make people proud to be part of Aurizn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment for technical and professional roles.
  • Partnering with leaders to identify and attract exceptional talent.
  • Building and maintaining talent communities and future talent pipelines.
  • Bringing Aurizn's employer brand and employee value proposition to life.
  • Creating an outstanding candidate experience through every stage of recruitment.
  • Driving onboarding programs that help new employees succeed from day one.
  • Supporting employee engagement, recognition and culture initiatives.
  • Using talent data and workforce insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

About You

  • At least 3 years' experience in recruitment, including hiring technical and professional talent.
  • Experience building talent pipelines and supporting employer branding initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
  • Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and workflow management tools such as Jira.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline is highly regarded.

Due to a requirement to be eligible for a Baseline security clearance, Australian Citizenship is required.
