About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Milestones Early Learning Morayfield. In this role, you will lead by example—guiding and mentoring your team while delivering high-quality early education and care that supports every child’s growth, development, and wellbeing.

About You
You are a dedicated and nurturing educator who is passionate about supporting children to thrive. You bring:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and support a team
- A genuine commitment to high-quality practice and continuous improvement
