What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage a portfolio of Personal Injury Commercial Claims, ensuring workers receive the right care, support and entitlements
• Review medical, rehabilitation and financial reports to make informed decisions
• Apply cost-effective, sustainable strategies while keeping wellbeing front of mind
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, providers and external stakeholders
• Deliver high-quality customer service to injured workers and employers

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to tick every box — what matters most is your ability to learn, adapt and genuinely care.

• Experience in Workers Compensation, claims management, portfolio coordination or a customer-facing environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive conversations
• A collaborative team mindset
• Resilience and problem-solving capability
• Backgrounds in psychology or allied health (desirable)
