The Content Creator & Producer is a part-time, on-site role based in Brisbane, QLD. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with the Digital & Community Executive, this role is responsible for planning, producing and delivering engaging photo and video content across the Conceptual Brands portfolio, education initiatives and events. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing creative concepts, capturing and editing content for B2B and D2C audiences, optimising assets for digital channels including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and supporting the company's overall digital marketing strategy through high-quality visual content.
MUST HAVE:
- Strong skills in content creation and production, including planning, shooting and editing photo and video assets for digital channels.
- Ability to create platform-first content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Proficiency with creative software including Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and video editing tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, including brand awareness, audience engagement and content performance.
- Ability to adapt creative direction and visual style across multiple brand identities for both B2B and D2C audiences.
- Experience using content performance insights to refine creative and contribute to monthly reporting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across a diverse brand portfolio.
- Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, small team environment.
- A background in fashion, beauty or hair is highly regarded. Applications from hair professionals looking to transition into content production and marketing are also encouraged.
