Our current Head of Marketing is going on maternity leave - and rather than simply find a temporary cover, we're using this as the opportunity we've been waiting for: to bring in a second senior marketing leader who will grow with us for the long term.
This is a permanent, full-time role - and a genuine chance to build something lasting.
About the Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end marketing function across AU, UK, and EU from day one. You'll lead trade marketing strategy and execution, drive D2C campaigns, champion NPD launches, and provide creative and brand direction - all while leading a talented team of four direct reports. You'll be the connective tissue between global strategy and local execution, keeping teams aligned, stakeholders informed, and campaigns landing brilliantly.
What You'll Do
- Own the annual marketing strategy and planning cycle across AU, UK, and EU — setting direction, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring the team executes with precision
- Lead trade and retail marketing across the region, including campaign delivery, compliance, and major activations such as BVOD and large-scale events
- Drive D2C performance through a high-output promotional calendar, multi-region lifecycle marketing programme, and always-on content — overseeing and driving both local and global campaign assets
- Champion NPD launches and campaigns end-to-end for your regions, from market positioning, campaign structure and stakeholder alignment through to asset review and go-live
- Provide creative and brand leadership across the team, guiding copywriters and designers to deliver consistent, high-quality output for AU, UK, and EU
- Partner with the Retention team to shape LTV and subscription strategy, contributing to a quarterly initiative roadmap and reviewing performance
- Own marketing reporting and budget management — including weekly and monthly marketing performance reviews, quarterly budget planning with Finance, and post-campaign analysis
- Lead, develop, and support a team of four direct reports, with broader influence across the wider marketing function and key senior stakeholders including the Founders
You'll Bring
- 8+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior marketing leadership role within eCommerce, wellness, beauty, or consumer goods
- A proven track record leading multi-functional teams across multiple regions, with the ability to connect global strategy to local execution
- Deep expertise in DTC and digital-first marketing — from growth and retention strategy through to creative and content
- Strong commercial acumen, with hands-on experience managing budgets, reporting, and performance analysis
- Exceptional organisational skills — you're a natural planner who thrives in a high-output, fast-paced environment
- A people-first leadership style — you know how to build trust, develop talent, and manage up and down with equal confidence
