The Role
We’re looking for a collaborative and relationship‑driven Logistics Coordinator who thrives working alongside others and enjoys building trust, connection, and a sense of shared purpose. You’ll play an important role in keeping operations flowing smoothly while contributing to a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone can succeed.
This position operates on a permanent night shift (Monday to Friday, 10:00 pm – 6:00 am), with opportunities for additional hours on weekends.
Our Crestmead dairy site near Logan, south of Brisbane, manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced directly from 35 dairy farms in the south-east Queensland region. Producing around 100 million litres of product per year!
Responsibilities
Coordinating daily distribution activities to support team success
Supporting efficient logistics processes across transport and inventory
Managing accurate CHEP transfers and pallet exchanges (inbound and outbound)
Promoting a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace
Driving continuous improvement through collaboration and problem-solving
About you
Experience in logistics, warehousing, or FMCG environments
SAP experience (preferred)
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
Clear and respectful communication skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
