Eaton Electrical are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Business Partner to guide and work with business leaders to drive organisational effectiveness, talent outcomes, and leadership capability, ensuring the people strategy directly supports business performance and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for organisational development and talent management. We are seeking someone with high commercial acumen who can diagnose growth and pain points across different business units.
Key Duties
- Partner with leaders to align people strategy to business objectives
- Support workforce planning, organisational structure, and capability requirements
- Provide insight on people-related risks and opportunities
- Manage and advise on employee relations matters, including; performance management, conduct issues, investigations and grievances, ensure fair, consistent, and compliant practices.
- Support org design, restructuring initiatives, support workforce planning aligned to growth.
- Support and work closely with Talent Acquisition and HRS shared services team.
- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and development actions
- Support implementation of learning and development initiatives
- Coach leaders on capability and performance improvement
- Support execution of salary reviews, incentive programs, performance cycles
- Ensure alignment between performance and reward and contribute to delivery of transformation initiatives
- Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working
- Embed a high-performance, accountable culture and s upport engagement initiatives and action planning
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience a HR Business Partner preferably within a large multinational organization.
- Strong experience in talent management and leadership coaching.
- Sound commercial acumen to interpret business priorities into organisational and talent implications.
- Strong influencing, communication, and business partnering skills.
- Good knowledge and understanding of HR systems such as SAP (SuccessFactors) or similar systems (Workday, Oracle etc). Strong Microsoft Office Suite
