Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accountant with demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team to join our organisation.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and mentoring a small finance team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions. You will oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of financial systems and operational processes to support effective financial monitoring, accountability, and compliance across the organisation.

The successful candidate will also oversee the management of Maari Ma's assets, vehicle fleet, and facility maintenance, while providing high-quality administrative support to the CEO, Executive Team, employees, and contractors. This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient operation of Regional Office services and contributes to the organisation's overall governance and operational effectiveness.

Salary up to $136,436 gross per annum + super (depending on qualifications and experience)
