Main Duties
- Managing and updating the inventory systems
- Daily resolution of all stock differences between physical stock and WMS
- Daily resolution of system interface errors relating to stock issues• Ensure returned stock is receipted correctly systematically and on time
- Conduct and oversee cycle count stocktakes
- Highlight the overdue returns or returns with missing information and escalate to Inventory Lead
- To investigate all stock adjustments and verify or assign a reason code
- To investigate all stock discrepancies, and alleged picking errors and shortages
- To monitor date stamped stock and ensure its rotation
- To remove from stock damaged and unsaleable stock
- Training and overseeing the work of team members relevant to inventory and stock administration
