The Opportunity
You will lead the site reliability and maintenance function, ensuring maintenance strategies are effectively planned, executed, and continuously improved to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will partner closely with Production, Engineering, and site leadership to optimise plant performance and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Develop and optimise preventative and planned maintenance schedules across all plant and equipment
- Drive a proactive maintenance culture focused on maximising equipment availability and reducing
- Lead reliability improvement initiatives to increase plant availability, throughput and efficiency
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery and value creation
- Provide forecasting, variance analysis and reporting to senior leadership
- Embed continuous improvement and best-practice maintenance methodologies across the team
- Lead, coach and develop the maintenance and reliability team
- Set clear performance expectations and support succession planning and capability development
What You’ll Bring
You are an experienced maintenance and reliability leader with strong technical capability and a passion for driving operational performance.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Automation preferred)
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a Reliability Manager role within FMCG or manufacturing
- Strong experience in preventative maintenance planning and continuous improvement delivery
- Experience delivering capital and improvement projects with measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
