- Accounting & Bookkeeping: Redefining what it means to do Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll thanks to our proprietary SleekBooks ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service
- FinTech payments: Overcoming a key challenge for Entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses
Sleek launched in 2017 and now has around 15,000 customers across our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK. We have around 500 staff with an intact startup mindset. We have recently raised Series B financing off the back of >70% compound annual growth in Revenue over the last 5 years. Sleek has been recognised by The Financial Times, The Straits Times, Forbes and LinkedIn as one of the fastest growing companies in Asia. Requirements
We are looking for Head of Brand that is excited with the below Mission and Outcomes.
Make Sleek the brand SME owners reach for first — in every market we play in. Turn Sleek from "a company that handles the admin" into the brand small business owners trust, recommend, and ask for by name.
This is not a maintenance role. We're looking for a radically innovative thinker who is allergic to vanity metrics and obsessed with outcomes. You'll have the mandate to rethink how a service’s brand earns attention, builds trust at scale, and turns goodwill into growth. We don't want "more content." We want results.
Outcomes
- Brand awareness & preference among SME owners in our core markets (SG, HK, AU & UK) up 20–50%, depending on the market.
- A referral engine delivering 50 incremental new customers per month, directly or indirectly attributable to referral programs.
- 100 incremental leads per month to Sleek from Social & Brand.
- A Trustpilot score of 4.8.
- Social audiences that actually engage: 40,000 LinkedIn followers across Sleek's key markets, and 40,000 on Instagram or Facebook (including Sleek Communities).
Must-Have Experience
- 8–12+ years in Growth or Marketing, with a clear track record of moving up to senior or leadership scope.
- Proven success in scale-ups or high-growth start-ups — you know what it takes to build brand and demand in a fast-moving, resource-conscious environment, not just to maintain one that already exists.
- A history of delivering measurable growth outcomes — pipeline, leads, acquisition, or revenue you can point to and say "I drove that."
- Hands-on ownership of a brand narrative and value proposition — you've defined positioning, sharpened an ICP, and shipped the story across channels.
- Comfort operating across brand and performance — you treat brand as a growth lever, not a cost center.

- The story. Own Sleek's brand narrative and core value proposition end to end — sharpening our ICP, our strategic positioning, and the logic behind how we price and package.
- Our reputation. Own how the world sees Sleek across Trustpilot, Google Reviews, and Reddit. Turn reviews from an afterthought into a competitive moat.
- The referral engine. Build the program that turns our happiest clients into our best salesforce - at scale, and measurably.
- Social, branded and community. Grow our owned channels and Sleek Communities into genuine, engaged audiences — not follower counts that look good in a deck.
- Creative & Visual identity. Set the creative and visual bar for everything Sleek puts into the world, across every marketing channel.

About the Interview Process
The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages.
It might seem like a lot - but fear not - we come prepared! We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish depending on your availability.

Technical Skills Evaluation (Live Test)
A 60 to 90 minute live test session conducted by the Hiring Manager.
Soft skills interview
A 60 minute Interview focused on cultural fit, collaboration and core behavioral attributes conducted by one of our designated panel members.
References checks & Offer
We will request two professional references from our shortlisted finalists. These should be from previous managers or senior leaders you have worked closely with, ideally from your most recent roles.
