What you’ll do:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and their Executive Assistants (EA), supporting multiple Partners with their client engagements

  • Maintain client contact information, including client feedback through Salesforce

  • Build strong relationships with your Partners, client delivery teams and the national EA network

  • Harness your organisational skills to effectively manage complex diaries, Partner inboxes, expenses, timesheets and billing management

  • Proactively plan and coordinate meetings, training sessions, events, conferences and complex travel while anticipating and managing any potential conflicts

  • Assist the Partners with team functions and overall office management including catering and AV support

  • Embrace new technologies and support your Partners and teams with adoption

  • Partner with the Perth onDemand & Concierge EA Team to support in-office days by providing onsite coverage, triaging requests and coordinating logistics in collaboration with our EA Connected team.

What we’re looking for :

Core s kills

  • Proven experience providing high-level executive support to senior leadership.

  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite applications.

  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills, maintaining the highest levels of discretion and sensitivity with confidential information.

  • Sound business acumen with the ability to exercise good judgment and make swift, informed decisions.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with AI and emerging technologies, with a proven capacity to quickly adapt to new tools and digital platforms.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving within a collaborative team environment.

  • Highly organised, capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving workplace.

  • Skilled in building effective relationships and playing an integral role within the wider EA community both nationally and with our offshore Connected Team

This role is being offered as a 12-month max term contract and will be based on-site 3 days per week.
