About the role

We are seeking a new talent to join the Business Process Delivery team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project. The client provides a wide range of products and services to meet the world's energy needs.

Responsibilities

• As a Finance Process & Operations Processor, you will be responsible for providing metrics and reporting to support the finance function, as well as coordinating and supporting financial analytics and reporting activities.

• Perform core business process transactions following established methods, procedures, and standard delivery solutions.

• Manage risks and ensure compliance with security requirements related to business processes.

• Identify gaps in current processes and propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to support seamless business operations and process integrity.

• Contribute to the development and refinement of process documentation and best practices.

• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling is required.

• Expert proficiency in Financial Processes is recommended.

• Advanced proficiency in Finance Processes and Systems and Financial Management Reporting is suggested.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.

• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize finance operations.

• Support the integration of new financial systems and tools to improve data management.

• Provide guidance on best practices in cost controlling and financial analytics to elevate team performance.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant related skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
