You will join an inclusive, high-performing organisation where your data and reporting expertise will play a key role across multiple transformation initiatives. We are seeking a Data & Reporting Specialist with proven experience delivering insight-driven reporting within complex digital transformation programs. You will be recognised for building accurate, scalable data solutions, underpinned by strong governance, quality controls and automation of enterprise reporting frameworks. This role will suit a motivated, highly organised professional who excels at stakeholder engagement and can build strong relationships across business and technology teams to drive data-led outcomes.

Your new role

In this 6-month contract position, you will:

  • Play a crucial role in reporting delivery, designing and optimising dashboards and reports (Power BI, SQL, SSRS) aligned to business priorities and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse complex datasets and perform data profiling, metadata analysis and reverse engineering to understand data structures and flows.
  • Engage stakeholders to capture, refine and translate reporting needs, including legislative and compliance-driven changes.
  • Experience & skills in the areas of data integration, solutions analysis/design, business analytics, predictive analytics, and experimental/innovative business solution development
  • Validate and assure data quality by assessing source integrity, reconciling outputs and ensuring accuracy against business rules and reporting obligations.
  • Automate reporting processes and enhance data workflows to improve efficiency, scalability and consistency of outputs.
  • Develop documentation (data dictionaries, specifications) and provide training and support to drive effective use of reporting solutions across the business.

What you'll need to succeed

As the Reporting Analyst, you'll have:

  • Strong SQL capability, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Hands-on experience across major RDBMS platforms (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) with a focus on data integrity and optimisation.
  • Experience in enterprise environments supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformations. Exposure to Infor CloudSuite ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management) is highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Skilled in translating technical insights into business outcomes and influencing decision-making.
  • Proven ability to navigate concurrent projects, multiple stakeholders, and evolving business requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end reporting solutions-from requirements gathering to deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in Power BI, Power BI Report Builder, and SSMS, with experience developing dashboards, paginated reports, and scalable data models.
