- The Junction, Newcastle | Permanent full time | Monthly RDO
For the experienced administrator who wants stability, meaningful relationships, and a long-term team to grow with.
At the heart of this business is a belief: To protect, to guide and to help people when they need it most.
You’ll be part of an approach that is personal, holistic and deeply client-first - where you support people from policy setup right through to claims, standing beside them when it matters most.
And you’ll see the impact of that work every day.
You’ll be stepping into a role where you can build long-term relationships, be supported by experienced people around you, and feel connected to the work you do.
Many people in this team have been here 10, 15, even 20 years - that says a lot.
Leaders are visible, approachable and invested in the success of their people.

The Company.
Established in 1997, Australian Financial Risk Management provides personal insurance advice, claims and risk management services.
Insurance can often feel transactional.
Policy in. Premium out.
Not here.
Every decision is made through the lens of what's best for the client. Whether that's helping someone navigate a difficult claim, reviewing their cover as life changes, or simply being available when they need guidance, the focus is always on delivering genuine support.
The result?
A loyal client base, an outstanding reputation, and a team that takes enormous pride in the work they do.
