We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable

Sheeter Offsider to join our operations team. This is a hands-on role supporting the efficient running of our sheeting equipment while ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with machine set-up (make ready) to required standards prior to production runs
• Assess product quality and carry out regular quality checks
• Support the team to ensure quality and productivity targets are consistently met
• Perform general cleaning and basic machine maintenance (e.g. filters)
• Complete preparation work efficiently to enable continuous machine operation
• Identify issues, troubleshoot faults, and support problem resolution
• Operate a pile turner safely and effectively
• Safely operate a grab forklift for movement of reels
• Assist with training and upskilling of team members where required
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping in line with GMP and audit requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong attention to detail
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Previous manufacturing experience
• A current grab forklift licence
• A proactive, team-focused approach with a commitment to safety and quality
