Role Overview

This three-day-per-week opportunity, based in the Perth CBD, plays a key role in supporting Centrecare’s strategic initiatives and organisational development. Reporting to the General Manager and Manager Clinical Services, the Project Officer contributes to the delivery of key projects including the Reconciliation Action Plan and Therapeutic Framework, while also supporting research activities and tender development. Working closely with the Clinical Services team, you will assist with project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and documentation, drawing on your clinical experience and commitment to culturally safe practice and safeguarding children.

Selection Criteria

  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Community Services, Counselling, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in delivering services within the community sector.
  • Experience in research and/or development of tenders or submissions.
  • Commitment to reconciliation and safeguarding children.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Valid WA Driver’s Licence
