About the role

At Christadelphian Aged Care, we are a values-based aged care provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centred care. Our residents rely on safe, high-quality clinical care around the clock and our night team plays a critical role in ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our team in predominantly night shift roles, with both permanent and casual positions available.

Our Facility is located in North Parramatta, NSW.

You will need to

• Deliver safe, effective, and respectful nursing care in line with AHPRA standards.
• Lead, support, and mentor a team of Assistant in Nursing.
• Act as a clinical decision-maker, responding to changes in residents’ conditions.
• Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration, and care planning.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, respect, and collaboration.

About you

You are a confident, compassionate clinician who thrives in an autonomous environment and demonstrates strong clinical judgement.

You will bring

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in aged care or similar clinical setting (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Availability to work predominantly night shifts

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a clinical setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and decision-making capabilities.
• A passion for delivering person-centered care to older people.
• Police Check
• COVID Vaccination Evidence
• Right to work in Australia
