We have a rare opportunity available for an experienced Quality Manager to join the team at our Maryborough Service Delivery Centre on the Fraser Coast. Reporting directly to the GM of Projects & Delivery, you will be responsible for ensuring all projects are completed to a high standard.
You will lead all Quality functions within the facility, ensuring that products meet the requirements across safety, performance and compliance. You will champion continuous improvement and lead the Site Audit Program, complimenting and driving our high-performance culture.
Some accountabilities will include
- Oversee all Quality Assurance & Quality Control processes
- Manage the Quality Management System
- Collaborate with internal functions such as engineering, procurement and production to drive holistic quality management
- Advise, support and influence delivery planning, risk mitigation and decision-making
- Develop and implement assurance systems and process controls
- Provide high-level reporting and insights to leadership This is a fulltime, permanent role, based onsite at our Maryborough Service Delivery Centre. About You:
- 5+ years demonstrated experience in a Quality management role
- Six Sigma or lean manufacturing qualification advantageous
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment (Ideally rail, automotive or similar)
- Sound knowledge of quality management systems, processes and controls
