Over two years, you’ll grow a well‑rounded skillset through tailored rotations, while remaining embedded in your home team.
You’ll start your graduate journey in Melbourne, spending your first week meeting your cohort, pulling on some hi-vis to explore our Melbourne sites, and listening in on real customer calls at our contact centre.
