PM fleet scheduler

Goldstar Transport is on the look out for an experienced Fleet Scheduler to lead a team of professional truck drivers on a full-time basis. This role will cover the afternoon shift, from 1pm, Monday to Friday, and involves:

Scheduling a fleet of trucks and drivers

Managing client booking times

Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships

Ensuring the safety of staff and customers

Assisting the wider Operations team

Helping drivers with maintaining licenses, qualifications, inductions, and VOCs

Handling administration and data entry

What You'll Bring

2+ years' experience in a similar role

Comprehensive understanding of load restraint principles, fatigue management guidelines, and COR legislation

Effective communication skills with drivers, management, and customers

Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail

Experience with MT Data operating systems is desirable but not essential; training will be provided

A positive attitude and works well in a group environment
