Our client is a large, nationally recognised organisation and one of the largest employers in Australia, operating across a highly complex, multi-site workforce environment.
They are widely regarded for their best-in-class workforce management systems and processes, with UKG sitting at the centre of their operations. The organisation has made significant investment into its technology ecosystem, resulting in a highly advanced and deeply embedded UKG environment that leverages a broad range of functionality including advanced scheduling, employee self-service, mobility, and complex pay rule frameworks.

- Manage and optimise UKG system configuration to support business needs
- Configure new UKG components and maintain existing pay rules
- Provide Level 2/3 support, including issue resolution, upgrades, and vendor liaison
- Collaborate with Payroll, WFM, Compliance, and IT teams on system configuration and improvements
- Work across core UKG modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and ESS
- Perform DataHub reporting and data analysis to support insights and decision-making
- Support WFM integrations and ongoing system enhancements
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions
- Engage with vendors on product updates, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UKG functionality and complementary tools
Profile
- Strong, hands-on experience with UKG / Kronos Workforce Dimensions
- Confident working across configuration and system builds (not reliant on external consultants)
- Experience managing complex pay rules and enterprise environments
- Strong skills in DataHub reporting and data analysis (desireable)
- Ability to work autonomously and solve problems end-to-end
- Exposure to Test Assure is advantageous but not required
