About Adaptive Pace

Adaptive Pace is a process and AI consulting firm. We help organisations streamline how they work, optimising workflows and business processes to improve visibility, collaboration and efficiency across departments. By combining practical consulting experience with deep platform expertise, we design scalable solutions tailored to each client's operational needs.

As a monday.com Certified Platinum Partner and an AI consultancy partnering with Anthropic (the makers of Claude), we deliver everything from work management implementations to AI-powered solutions that take our clients well beyond out-of-the-box.

Joining Adaptive Pace means working in a dynamic, senior team that values problem-solving, continuous improvement and client success.

The Role

We're growing our Australian delivery team and looking for a Senior Consultant based in Melbourne. You'll lead client engagements end to end: assessing workflows, gathering requirements, designing structured solutions that improve productivity and data visibility, and seeing them through build, configuration, data migration, training and handover.

This is a hands-on consulting role for someone equally comfortable running a workshop with senior stakeholders and rolling up their sleeves to build the solution.

What You'll Do

  • Assess client workflows and translate business requirements into clear solution designs
  • Configure and build solutions across monday.com and related work management platforms
  • Deliver training and documentation that empower client teams and drive adoption
  • Scope and build AI-powered solutions for clients
  • Manage engagements end to end: timelines, scope, and stakeholders
  • Support ongoing client success through advisory services and performance reviews
  • Contribute to internal best practices, proposals and pre-sales work
  • Mentor and support junior consultants

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years in process consulting, workflow design, or business process optimisation
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Ability to create clear documentation, training materials and client-facing presentations
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured, solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Based in Melbourne, with the right to work in Australia

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with monday.com or a comparable work management platform (Asana, Smartsheet, Wrike, ClickUp), including configuration and integrations
  • Experience in management consulting, business analysis or operations improvement
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • monday.com product certifications
  • Exposure to AI / LLM tooling
  • A background in a partner, agency or professional services environment

  • A small, senior, supportive team where your work is visible and it matters
