Job Title: Functional Analyst - SAP P2P

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay (P2P) functional solutions.
• Configure, test, and support SAP P2P processes, including Procurement, Accounts Payable, Logistics, and Goods/Services Receipt.
• Develop functional specifications, solution design documents, business process flows, and end-user documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Works Management (WM), HSE, and integration teams to deliver successful SAP solutions.
• Provide production support, user training, change requests, and continuous improvements for SAP P2P functionalities.

Key Skills Required

• Strong SAP S/4HANA P2P functional expertise with end-to-end transformation project experience across On-Premise and RISE environments.
• Deep knowledge of SAP P2P process design, solution architecture, configuration, and SAP Fiori application design and testing.
• Experience with SAP integrations across FI/CO, MM, Inventory Management, Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur, and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
• Hands-on experience in Contract Management, Vendor Management, Purchase Requisitions/Orders, Inventory, Physical Inventory, and Serial & Batch Management.
• Strong stakeholder management, Agile delivery, problem-solving, and communication skills, preferably within Utilities or Energy environments.
