About The Role

As a Platform Engineer, you will contribute to the design and evolution of cloud-based platforms that support large-scale digital services. You will work closely with engineering teams to deliver resilient, scalable, and future-focused solutions. This role offers the opportunity to apply automation and AI to improve performance and efficiency across platform environments.

What You’ll Do

• Drive engineering decisions that align platform solutions with long-term architectural strategy and business goals
• Build and maintain scalable, resilient cloud platforms that support service performance, reliability, and growth
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, and system performance
• Deliver platform solutions end-to-end, ensuring high-quality documentation and ongoing support practices
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, architects, and delivery teams to deliver initiatives using agile and lean approaches
• Share knowledge within the team, supporting capability uplift and continuous improvement across engineering practices

What You’ll Bring

• Experience designing and supporting cloud-based platforms across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments in enterprise settings
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and PowerShell to deliver efficient engineering solutions
• Strong understanding of DevOps, Agile, and infrastructure-as-code practices applied to complex systems
• Knowledge of cloud security, governance, and service management frameworks such as ITIL
• Experience delivering platform solutions across multiple environments, with a focus on scalability and resilience
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate strategic direction into practical engineering outcomes
