The Role

As a key member of our team, you won't just be talking beans; you'll will join us in being a trusted advisor for our café partners and the specialty coffee industry. You will identify and pursue new wholesale opportunities in the café and espresso bar sector while nurturing our existing community of specialty coffee partners.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Business and Sales Development: Identify and secure new wholesale opportunities within the specialty coffee sector.
  • Relationship Management: Manage and grow existing accounts by providing personalised solutions and regular reviews.
  • Education: Conduct product training sessions for our partners and their team to enhance their coffee knowledge and skills.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends to help us lead and innovate.
  • Collaboration: Work with our marketing and production teams to ensure our clients receive the best possible support, products and services.
  • must have pre coffee industry sales experience

Who You Are

You are a self-motivated professional who can work autonomously but loves being part of a diverse and connected team. You have:

  • Experience: At least 4 years of proven success in coffee sales and account management.
  • Expertise: A deep understanding of the coffee supply chain-from sourcing and roasting to brewing and equipment.
  • Communication: The ability to articulate complex coffee concepts in an engaging way.
  • Drive: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Flexibility: A valid driver's license and the ability to travel regularly for client visits and industry events.
