Your Opportunity

We have two exciting opportunities to join the Corridor Access Management team as a Senior Scheduling Officer on a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2027.

In these roles, you will work closely with Corridor Access Coordinators to develop, prioritise and manage work schedules and associated scopes, delivering efficient site shutdown plans for multidisciplinary projects.

You will play a key role in:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate schedules, including forecasting commissioning dates and key milestones
  • Generating performance reports and proactively identifying conflicts, risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitating planning and debrief meetings with key stakeholders to maximise the efficient use of track closures
  • Communicating and negotiating with multiple workgroups to balance competing priorities and deliver optimal outcomes
  • Supporting weekend shutdowns as a Shutdown Coordinator, monitoring delivery and addressing issues in real time

This role requires regular on-site engagement, where collaboration and a strong commitment to safety are essential.

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Experience in on-site project coordination and scheduling/planning
  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and a logical, solutions-focused approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Primavera P6 (or similar) is desirable but not essential
  • A current C-class driver’s licence

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with diverse stakeholders, and be motivated to deliver practical scheduling solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes.

This position requires flexibility to work weekends and varying hours to meet operational requirements.
