About the Role -

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our high‑performing team, delivering a mix of complex construction projects across multiple sectors from start to finish.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is commercially astute, highly organised, and genuinely enjoys leading teams and building strong relationships on site and driving a positive, solutions focused team culture.

What you’ll be doing -

• Lead construction projects from early works through to handover, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to a high standard
• Develop and manage trade letting schedules, programs, and project plans
• Coordinate architects, consultants, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to keep projects moving
• Lead design management throughout project lifecycle, ensuring consultant coordination, buildability, compliance, and alignment with program and budget
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial outcomes
• Oversee contracts administration and subcontractor relationships
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company policies
• Mentor and support project team members to drive strong project outcomes

About you -

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• Proven experience delivering complex construction projects as a Project Manager
• Heritage experience highly regarded
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen
• Excellent organisation, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Procore
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to quality and accountability
