The Opportunity
Reporting to the CPO, you will lead an enterprise-wide safety strategy and shape how safety is governed, measured, and led centrally for the business. This is a role with enterprise accountability and direct Board exposure, that leads a centralised function and supports a team of asset and site-based employees.
Key Deliverables
- Set and lead the enterprise safety and wellbeing strategy
- Influence leaders at every level to embed safety as a core business value
- Lead safety data, systems and reporting strategy
- Enhance organisational safety and wellbeing performance
About You
- Senior safety leader from energy, construction, or heavy infrastructure
- Comfortable operating at Board level and on the tools
- Sharp at cutting through complexity and delivering outcomes
- Credible influencer with a track record of measurable impact
