Role Description: We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and engaging Disability Support Worker to support a young participant in

Western Sydney.

This role involves providing person-centred support in the participant's home and community while promoting independence, confidence, communication, and social development. You will work closely with the participant, her family, and allied health professionals to implement strategies that support her individual goals and wellbeing.

About You

We're looking for someone warm, reliable, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with children. The ideal candidate will value building strong relationships and be committed to working collaboratively with both the participant and her family.

Highly regarded

  • Certificate III in Education Support or experience as an SLSO/Teacher's Aide.
  • Experience supporting children with neurodevelopmental support needs.
  • Experience implementing behaviour support strategies.
  • Current First Aid/CPR.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Working With Children Check.
  • Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
